PsychCentral currently does not have a mobile application for client use. The solution developed is a mobile application (app) supported by an administration (admin) website portal. The app allows registered and unregistered (or users not logged in) patients to view psychCentral’s services, clinicians, generic information about the company, view information services, contact the company, view the terms and conditions and frequently asked questions (FAQs). Registered users who have logged in are given access to more features within the app; they are able to submit an appointment request to their chosen clinician and review their appointments and clinicians and submit feedback. The app also allows clinicians to access their profiles and view their approved appointments and company information. The admin website is only accessible to administrators of PsychCentral, in this, they are able to: view and edit appointment requests, reviews, registered users of the app, a list of clinicians, information on various pages, admin profile settings, and notification keys; as well as send push notifications to the app.
